Thanks for the info the car is beautiful....I wished i had a 69 as its a favorite year of mine however i currently have a 70 which is another favorite year lol
i love the wheel and tire size combo you have went with . Is the car mini tubed as well to be able to fit that rear tire under it or is the rear end only shortened by a inch?
Thinking I will have to mini tub my 70 to be able to fit this size tire...
I never said i was the fastest...I have just always said you will not get ahead of me.....

Yep, I used the Detroit Speed mini-tub kit. Using it I could've stuffed 345's back there with adequate room to spare. I think if I were doing it again I would go with 18" rims instead of 19's because the 18's have a better selection of tires. Before the mini-tubs all I couldget back there was 275's

I love the 2nd gens too

Big milestone - Darth moved under his own power, so new pics are in order. Moving caused the suspension to settle more than expected....

Wow Zoomin, that really did settle a bunch! I'm hoping mine does something similar, but only in the rear. Right now I have about 400lbs in the trunk and it doesn't seem like it's going anywhere.. Anyway, looks amazing!

If 400 lbs isn't doing it I'm not sure what will, lol!
